Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute commodity strategies for energetics to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase supply chain resilience.
  • •Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts at the right cost and timing.
  • •Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing processes for energetics.
  • •Manage external contract manufacturing relationships, including continuity of supply, risk management, cost negotiations, and NPI execution.
  • •Negotiate and maintain commercial agreements and manage supplier performance across delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management for energetics/missiles manufacturing and/or sourcing engineering.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
  • •Experience managing supplier sourcing and commodity strategies across manufacturing operations.
