Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Senior Architect/Designer on a portfolio of projects, coordinating design across multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering teams.
  • •Oversee design activities and production of design information, ensuring correctness, accuracy, multi-disciplinary coordination, and quality standards.
  • •Ensure internal governance is followed from bid stage through delivery, including applying CDM Safety in Design principles across project stages.
  • •Present to clients and prospective clients and manage interfaces between design and site teams when projects are on site.
  • •Organise own and others’ work to meet deadlines; support Associate Directors and/or Directors with technical excellence initiatives and resources.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fully Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist (Chartered or equivalent) with proven experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably data centres.
  • •Strong technical design capability with a CSA bias, plus experience in design management and digital technologies/workflow.
  • •Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • •Degree qualification, preferably with a Diploma or Masters, and a clear work history with proof of professional development.
  • •Knowledge of UK Building Systems, Standards and Regulations, and construction types; ability to manage busy workloads and deadlines.
