Job Summary

Manage and configure a portfolio of SaaS and business applications that support Leviat corporate functions globally. You’ll own day-to-day application operations including user access/role configuration, workflow/rule/form setup, reporting/data extracts, and troubleshooting. Lead technical aspects of new applications and changes, coordinate with vendors and internal teams on incidents, upgrades, and releases, and ensure applications remain secure, reliable, cost-effective, and continuously improved through stakeholder engagement and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure, administer, and support a portfolio of SaaS and business applications.
•Manage day-to-day application activities including user access/role configuration, workflow/rule/form configuration, reporting/data extracts, and troubleshooting.
•Act as escalation point for complex incidents and defects and coordinate fixes, patches, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Lead technical aspects of new business and SaaS applications, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and configuration needs.
•Own application availability/performance and service processes, including incident/problem/change management and ongoing documentation/training.

Key Requirements

•Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent proven experience) in hands-on application support or application management.
•5+ years of practical experience supporting and configuring SaaS applications.
•Experience with user management, configuration, and functional support.
•Solid understanding of application support and change processes.
•Ability to engage effectively with both business users and technical teams.
