Key Responsibilities

•Onboard assigned customers and craft a joint Success Plan with objectives and outcomes
•Act as trusted advisor and drive best-in-class execution, recommending improvements to customer operations and driving consumption
•Identify customer goals and gaps, developing a structured engagement plan tied to business outcomes
•Complete technology assessments, roadmap reviews, deployment guidance, and day-2 operations guidance
•Identify use cases and opportunities for Adoption Guidance and Workshops to increase adoption and value

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,700 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven work experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer, technology consultant, IT vendor, or professional services)
•Experience mapping customer requirements to VMware solutions and developing adoption plans
•Strong knowledge of VMware multi-cloud products (Infrastructure SDDC, Cloud services, NSX, Automation/Monitoring)
•Ability to conduct technology assessments, roadmap reviews, deployment guidance, and day-2 operations guidance
•Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
