Job Summary

Drive Adobe’s inorganic growth by identifying, sourcing, and evaluating strategic acquisition and investment opportunities. Partner with executives across product, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and HR to develop investment themes, assess build/partner/buy options, and execute deals from diligence through valuation and negotiation. Support deal execution and post-acquisition integration, using outside-in expertise and mentoring junior team members to maximize shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships with internal and external partners to develop investment themes and assess acquisition/investment opportunities.
•Identify product gaps, evaluate build/partner/buy options, and collaborate on target selection.
•Lead and support the full deal process including execution, negotiation, due diligence, and financial modeling/valuation.
•Conduct end-to-end analyses to influence decision-making and focus on the core issues.
•Support corporate development and M&A integration efforts, including coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,600 - 256,450 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of cumulative experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with exposure to product, operations, SaaS, consumer tech, or enterprise software.
•BA/BS from a top university in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
•Demonstrated network of relevant high-growth tech founders and industry contacts.
•Strong strategic problem-solving with high EQ, executive influencing, and business intuition; calm under pressure in ambiguous environments.
•Excellent written communication skills (presentations and memos) and strong spoken communication skills.
