Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage operational data quality by reconciling and validating monthly aeronautical billing datasets and assessing operational performance metrics (e.g., OTP, passenger processing, baggage performance).
  • •Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operational data and performance measurement, providing technical support and guidance on complex data issues.
  • •Design and implement automated data quality monitoring and anomaly detection solutions, and develop analytics solutions using Databricks and SQL frameworks.
  • •Develop and maintain data repositories, data dictionaries, and source mappings; document data flows and system integrations; ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and fit for purpose.
  • •Analyze operational data to produce actionable insights by building and delivering reports and dashboards, responding to stakeholder data requests, and supporting performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a relevant numerical discipline.
  • •4–5 years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role, preferably in aviation or a complex operational environment.
  • •Proven ability to deliver analytical projects independently and integrate/analyze large datasets from multiple systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Databricks and/or Python.
  • •Strong technical skills including advanced Power BI (DAX), data modelling, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts (anomaly detection, predictive analytics).
