Key Responsibilities

  • •Create quotes for service agreements and quoted works supporting Service Account Managers and Controls Service Account Managers.
  • •Develop detailed scope and cost estimates, including system sketches, scope definition, exceptions/exclusions, preliminary proposals, and vendor/subcontractor quotes.
  • •Perform take-off and pricing for purchased equipment to ensure accurate quantities, sizes, configurations, voltage, and options.
  • •Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk items; maintain competitive advantage by staying current with industry standards.
  • •Hold job pre-bid meetings and develop subcontractor scope of work while optimizing job costs through vendor/subcontractor negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Associates degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related study preferred; or technical certificate with 5 years related experience; or HVAC Technician experience with combined education and field experience.
  • •3 to 5 years of related experience and working knowledge of commercial HVAC and building services.
  • •Working knowledge of construction systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, to organize data and prepare professional proposals.
  • •Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and the ability to manage opportunities, customer interactions, and accurate project records.
