•Actively assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
•Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 19 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Team-first attitude and ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise and stock items between backroom and sales floor, including shelving and basic lifting.
•Comfort with reading and inputting information into computer/register systems and adapting to Crocs policies.
