Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for KeyBank clients and communities by conducting in-person and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs. Build and deepen customer and small business relationships, meet individual activity and sales goals, and recommend customized products. Open and support personal and business accounts, manage risk and compliance documentation, assist with teller transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles—including Saturday coverage as directed.

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates and delivering impact across personal, professional, and financial needs.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation; support branch operations and assist on the Teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is more important than financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
