Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead DX initiatives to promote workstyle changes and citizen development with managers and team members.
  • •Provide consulting on deploying and integrating Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform, including Copilot, to extend functionality.
  • •Act as project manager/lead for initiatives involving governance, CoE establishment, and end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment.
  • •Participate in upstream and downstream project activities, including proposals for new or existing customers.
  • •Deliver technical guidance and support to the team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have project experience using Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams) and consultative delivery in a development/enterprise setting.
  • •Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps in related projects.
  • •Ability to lead multiple lifecycle stages from requirements through design to deployment, including proposal activities.
  • •Business-level Japanese ability (JLPT N1 is referenced) for non-native speakers.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with global teams.
