Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot and manage end-to-end delivery for an installation project for a tactical operations center, coordinating stakeholders and monitoring commitments (milestones, timelines, costs, quality).
  • •Manage, in parallel and as needed, related portfolio projects and capture activities by building requirements, preparing proposals, and preparing contractual milestones to ensure delivery continuity.
  • •Own the client relationship, maintain trust, and prepare and conduct client reviews.
  • •Enable communication and collaboration across internal and external project actors (clients, engineering, procurement, quality, production, finance).
  • •Identify, analyze, and track risks across technical aspects, HR, procurement, and schedules; optimize internal and external resources and produce KPI and regular status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years managing client projects in an industrial environment or involving complex systems.
  • •Higher education in project management, engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency with standard project management methods and tools (Agile, PMI, Prince2 or equivalents).
  • •Strong organization, communication, and ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary groups.
  • •Proven teamwork and priority management skills in a multi-stakeholder, multi-cultural environment.
