Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SOC operations by triaging tickets, correlating events, and conducting incident response and other security activities.
  • •Perform supervision across all systems in a global enterprise footprint.
  • •Drive SOC success within the EMEA region by improving security monitoring and response workflows.
  • •Communicate security risk concepts clearly with business and technology partners.
  • •Contribute to building a secure, resilient environment using intelligence-driven and DevOps-influenced practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related IT field, or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience in IP network and routing plus deep packet analysis using tools such as Wireshark.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience with IPS/IDS, AV, CrowdStrike, and Logscale (or similar security products).
  • •At least 2 years’ experience with cybersecurity incident response processes and procedures and information/cybersecurity best practices.
  • •Multi-SIEM experience with SOAR/EUBA and demonstrable experience with SOAR plus EDR/ETDR solutions; at least one of CISSP/CEH/ECIH/CHFI/Certified SOC Analyst/Certified Cloud Security Professional.
