Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate oil and gas domain workflows (wells, maps, seismic interpretation, engineering data, scientific visualizations).
  • •Serve as an active QA member in Agile teams to deliver high-quality software increments.
  • •Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned to business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UAT, plus performance and scalability testing for graphics- and data-intensive applications.
  • •Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify resolutions, and help improve QA process and test automation.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • •Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated/manual test suites for visualization-focused web applications.
  • •Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • •Validate 2D/3D graphics including rendering accuracy, camera controls, user interactions, and graphics performance across supported platforms.
  • •Verify integration between frontend visualization applications, REST APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud-native components.
