Key Responsibilities

  • •Chair the Porto Leadership Council and represent the needs of Porto teams in major decisions
  • •Lead safety operations initiatives and ensure alignment between Porto and the U.S. teams
  • •Drive improvements using data and structured problem solving to boost operational performance
  • •Collaborate with Admin/HR partners and vendor/BPO relationships to support site goals
  • •Develop into broader people-lead scope as business needs evolve and leveling framework applies

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in Trust & Safety, risk, operations, or a related field, including site or regional leadership responsibility

  • •Experience working with or managing vendors/BPOs
  • •Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal
