Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily field operations to meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets across data-center construction projects.
•Provide onsite safety leadership and enforce standards to maintain an accident-free culture.
•Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, installation sequencing, and issue resolution.
•Oversee testing, commissioning, labeling, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
•Mentor and develop field teams to improve capabilities and workmanship on complex structured cabling and low voltage installations.

Key Requirements

•Onsite leadership for data center construction projects from planning through closeout, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and budget in large-scale cabling and low voltage work.
•Proven ability to lead field teams, manage labor, and drive safety culture and incident prevention.
•Strong knowledge of data-center construction standards and best practices for structured cabling, fiber installations, and low voltage systems.
•Ability to coordinate with Project Management and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and successful project staging.
•High attention to detail, hands-on leadership, and ability to mentor diverse field crews.
