Job Summary

Lead transportation architecture projects for WSP’s California Transportation Facilities Team, delivering work from concept through construction documents. Coordinate drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality control, ensuring compliance with project plans and regulations. Manage and mentor architectural group staff, support budgets and financial goals, and assist with client/public agency presentations. Work with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and support transit architecture projects across scales, including mega transit.
•Develop and coordinate drawings/graphics, schedules, specifications, and contract documents.
•Prepare and oversee concept through construction documents phases.
•Provide quality control reviews/assurance and ensure technical quality and coordination.
•Manage and direct architectural group staff, mentor junior staff, and support budgets and financial goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience in architecture.
•Essential professional licensure/certification in California.

•Relevant transit project experience in stations or maintenance facilities for rail and buses.
