Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to Paris/London (4x per year) for the seasonal buy campaigns, acting as the Americas expert for all Women’s categories
  • •Assort all product lines in alignment with HQ guidelines, ensuring regional needs are met to deliver on financial targets, while strategically leading the team
  • •Build a 360-degree product strategy with short- and long-term vision and budget for the department (product strategy, go-to-market, deliveries, space allocation, training, in-season activities)
  • •Collaborate with Planning to develop by-store plans by subcategory and plan receipts by door by category, and evaluate store performance against those plans
  • •Prepare weekly and ad hoc reporting, analysis, hind sighting, and action plans using financial data and store feedback to support sales and merchandising decisions
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree
  • •Minimum 6-8 years at Manager level with previous retail buying experience in a luxury multi-store environment
  • •Women’s RTW experience with Shoes and Accessories experience highly preferred
  • •Excellent analytical ability with high retail math proficiency and planning experience including forecasting and OTB management
  • •Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with working knowledge of Board, Power BI, Anaplan, SAP and Business Objects
