•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support sales activities by participating in outbound calls, checking for offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients as appropriate.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
