Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team by setting direction, motivating members, building trust, and implementing the organizational vision to meet customer satisfaction goals.
•Deliver on-time, high-quality product releases and drive Agile maturity and standardization across the development organization for SDLC improvements.
•Provide guidance for Salesforce platform application development (solution design, efficient development, system performance, and packaging/installing/upgrading) and deliver core Java solutions.
•Manage scope and business expectations across the project lifecycle, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate internal/external/onshore and offshore resources.
•Establish product release plans and lead Scrum activities to ensure on-time Agile deliveries by adhering to Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.

Key Requirements

•14+ years of experience building enterprise-level applications on Salesforce, including 3+ years on Salesforce and 5+ years developing SaaS applications using Agile.
•5–6 years working with and managing development teams, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive organizational change.
•Salesforce developer certifications.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Proven record for problem resolution and delivering complex projects on time.
