Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee document control: create, organize, maintain, audit, and distribute project documents; ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance; manage EDMS and documentation workflows.
  • •Manage project cost control: prepare billing drafts and monthly invoices, handle timesheets/expenses/invoice queries, maintain project setup, budgeting, and closeout activities in Oracle Horizon.
  • •Create, update, and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; identify critical paths, monitor progress, and report impacts to baselines and milestones.
  • •Support Earned Value (EVM) analysis by tracking planned value, actual cost, and schedule performance metrics; maintain accurate WBS and integrate schedules under an Enterprise Project Structure (EPS).
  • •Support procurement and contracting tasks: create/track change orders, draft supplier/subcontractor contracts, maintain contract documentation, manage work orders, vendor invoice updates in Oracle Horizon ERP, and coordinate procurement records and renewals.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree with project management experience, or a master’s degree in construction management or project management (preferred).
  • •4 to 8 years of project management experience with engineering/professional services consultants.
  • •Proficient in advanced Excel and MS Office, with experience using Oracle ERP (Horizon/NetSuite).
  • •Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MSP), and SmartSheets.
  • •CAPM-PMI or PMP certifications are an added advantage; strong written and verbal communication skills.
