  • •Develop integrated brand and lifecycle marketing strategies connecting brand building with retention and reengagement.
  • •Own brand media planning and buying across TV/streaming/display/OOH/audio/social and sponsorships, including optimization and budget management.
  • •Set strategic direction for paid and organic social, and develop cross-channel reengagement and lifecycle strategies (including SMS, email, app).
  • •Partner with analytics and MarTech teams to measure performance, customer lifetime value impact, attribution, and drive marketing automation/personalization efforts.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the team while partnering cross-functionally and managing agency relationships across channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years of marketing experience spanning brand media, lifecycle marketing, and social (or an equivalent combination).
  • •3+ years in people leadership roles, managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Proven track record developing integrated strategies that connect brand building with customer retention and reengagement.
  • •Experience managing significant marketing budgets across multiple channels, including working with agencies and holding them accountable for results.
