Key Responsibilities

•Translate supply chain business problems into data-driven solutions with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts.
•Deliver end-to-end solutions for moderately complex problems from data exploration to model deployment, with support from senior team members.
•Contribute to GenAI and agentic solutions by building prompt pipelines, retrieval systems, and evaluation workflows.
•Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based tools) to improve productivity while ensuring correctness and maintainability of generated code.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate models into production systems and share learnings with peers.

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years of experience (or equivalent) in data science, ML, or analytics with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
•Experience with LLM tools or platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI) and basic RAG pipelines or embeddings, including working with large datasets in production environments.
•Develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems end-to-end (data preparation, modeling, and performance evaluation).
•Hands-on implementation of GenAI components/workflows, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and basic LLM-based workflows; assist with agentic or multi-step workflows under guidance.
•Strong coding and code-quality practices, including using coding-assist tools effectively and maintaining tool-generated code with correctness and maintainability.
