Job Summary

Design end-to-end CRM solution architectures on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable designs. Lead architecture decisions and reviews, ensure ALM/governance compliance, and design integrations with adjacent systems (e.g., ERP like SAP and Azure services). Collaborate across business, project management, engineering, and stakeholders, including contributing to pre-sales solution concepts and estimates.

Key Responsibilities

•Conceive and design holistic CRM solution architectures based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
•Analyze business and technical requirements and derive architecture/design decisions for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
•Ensure compliance with architecture principles, best practices, and ALM/deployment standards (e.g., managed/unmanaged solutions and environment strategy).
•Design and evaluate integrations with adjacent systems such as ERP (SAP), Azure services, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
•Provide technical leadership for project and development teams and support pre-sales with solution concepts, estimates, and customer presentations.
