Drive recruiting process operations for the Talent Acquisition Process Management (TAPM) team by managing day-to-day recruiting workflows and high-priority projects. Support job description approvals, background check processing, and on-call escalation handling with urgency and sound judgment. Create and maintain process documentation such as playbooks, workflows, training materials, and presentations, while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
