Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Bilingual Spanish & English Required - Addison W. Lake

Build trusted relationships with consumers and small business customers by providing in-person, appointment, and virtual guidance. Proactively assess needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Maintain strong knowledge of banking products (including digital self-service), use available resources to optimize client experience, and partner with branch teams to deliver accurate, operationally excellent service. Bilingual Spanish and English required.
