Job Summary

Serve as a primary employee and labor relations resource across assigned operational areas, ensuring consistent application of policies, practices, and Collective Bargaining Agreements. Lead workplace investigations for complaints and misconduct, administer CBA provisions, and manage grievance processes in partnership with Labor Relations. Build union relationships, drive process improvements, track HR/Employee Relations metrics, and deliver training to employees and leaders on ER practices, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide employee and labor relations support across assigned operational areas with consistent policy and CBA application.
•Lead thorough, timely, well-documented workplace investigations for complaints, policy violations, and misconduct.
•Administer CBA provisions, ensure compliance, and support leaders with day-to-day contract interpretation.
•Manage grievance processes from intake and documentation through investigation support, scheduling, and resolution strategy.
•Develop and deliver employee and leader training on workplace policies, ER practices, CBA provisions, conflict resolution, and culture initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and at least 3 years of experience.

•Proven knowledge of employment laws and labor relations practices.
•Strong written, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
•Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
