Deliver personalized client service at the Casper, WY Downtown branch by holding financial conversations to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Open and maintain consumer and basic business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and process consumer credit cards. Perform Teller transactions, assist with consumer loan requests, and identify referral opportunities to internal lines of business using 360 View. Stay current on regulatory changes and maintain compliance while building client relationships through proactive outreach.
