Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, engineer, configure, implement, commission, and support ICT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, virtual platforms, IoT, and cloud services.
  • •Develop and support enterprise applications using application programming (e.g., Visual Basic and System Script) across new and existing client sites.
  • •Lead ICT project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements.
  • •Liaise with customers and business users to analyze requirements for ICT and cyber security solutions and technologies with a customer satisfaction focus.
  • •Review ICT server, storage, and network designs and contribute to Technical Risk Reviews (TRR) for projects, focusing on ICT, networking, and cyber security.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on experience with IT technologies including Microsoft server environment (Active Directory, Group Policy), Linux/Unix, and virtualization (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, Fault Tolerance).
  • •Strong networking and services knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, firewalls, switches, and VPN tunnels.
  • •Experience with backup systems (e.g., Veeam, Acronis) and familiarity with IoT, cloud platform management, and application/system scripting.
  • •Proven system design, solution design, and capacity planning for IT infrastructure.
  • •Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, vulnerability assessment, system hardening, patch management, and IT service management methodologies (ITIL).
