Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key consultant to the sales organization, advising sales and supporting Northern Region business needs.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, professional services, consulting, statements of work, resale, and distribution agreements.
  • •Provide commercial legal counsel to business units and deliver in-house training on relevant legal topics.
  • •Monitor and recommend actions on new regulations impacting technology, AI, intellectual property, and data privacy/security.
  • •Drive process improvement through knowledge management, support legal projects, and conduct ongoing training and risk management.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years PQE from a reputable law firm or comparable in-house role.
  • •Demonstrated commercial/IT/IP experience, with understanding of software, technology, and data protection concerns.
  • •Ability to assess and manage business-aligned legal risks across multiple matters at once.
  • •Strong drafting and technical skills, translating complex legal concepts into clear plain language.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in a European language or Arabic is an advantage.
