Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures, identify/reduce safety risks, and set the standard for safe behavior.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems and equipment.
  • •Perform PLC troubleshooting and, as required, modify or write PLC programs; install and maintain AC/DC drives and motors.
  • •Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize repeat failures; drive preventive/predictive maintenance to eliminate unplanned failures.
  • •Communicate with operations on abnormal equipment conditions and document maintenance activity in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), supporting 5S/housekeeping standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated competency in the IMRT competency matrix for classifications (I, II, III, and Sr).
  • •Technical skills to proactively maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam (location specific) systems/equipment.
  • •Ability to read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
  • •Working knowledge of performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E.
  • •Experience aligned to IMRT level requirements (Level I 4+ years; Level II 6+; Level III 8+; Sr level 10+ in similar roles, as determined by plant).
