•Select appropriate research methodologies and design innovation, applying advanced knowledge using quantitative, qualitative, text, or business intelligence methods.
•Formulate research findings into business recommendations and present results to various levels of leadership.
•Mentor and guide peers and team members while researching and applying industry best practices and trends to improve effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics (or related) plus 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job or related occupation, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years.
•Advanced quantitative and qualitative research experience including survey design/analysis, focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, usability testing, and customer experience research.
•Proficiency with statistical testing and modeling such as Z-tests, T-tests, ANOVA, linear/logistic regression, and correlation analysis using SAS Enterprise Guide, Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn), and SPSS.
•Experience with database management and integration using Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL, and Snowflake, including ETL workflows.
•Familiarity with research compliance, data governance, regulatory standards, data privacy protocols, and ethical research practices.
