Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end release lifecycle management including planning, validation, approvals, and deployment governance.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure alignment on sprint and release objectives.
  • •Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues with proactive escalation and mitigation.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • •Ensure high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or Scrum roles.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • •Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure alignment on sprint and release objectives.
