VP Senior Underwriting Manager- E&S Property (Atlanta, GA, US)

Lead and develop a regional Property underwriting team within E&S, driving new business, portfolio performance, and broker relationships. Responsible for coaching staff, overseeing underwriting talent, managing complex processes, and ensuring profitable portfolio management, while traveling as needed (about 25%) and operating in a hybrid Atlanta-based role.
