Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful transfer achievement of new technode transferred from TD, with focus on yield improvement/CT reduction and tool expansion toward TTMCY.
  • •Collaborate with TD/F15 and related departments to support safety, technology transfer to sister sites, and new tech node transfer readiness.
  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
  • •Upgrade process capability to reduce production cost.
  • •Establish and modify process management projects; set process parameters for semiconductor equipment; evaluate new equipment/materials and perform abnormal analysis and improvements.
