Job Summary

Lead and develop the Personal Shopper Coordinator team, driving operational execution and performance across retail partners. Own network KPIs including productivity, preparation time, order accuracy, substitutions, cancellations, service levels, and customer satisfaction. Define and run initiatives to grow capacity, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience while partnering with Commercial, Retail Partner, and cross-functional teams. Use analytics to translate trends into action plans and lead workforce and capacity planning for current and future demand.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Personal Shopper Coordinator team to ensure consistent execution and high performance.
•Own operational performance of the Personal Shopper network by driving KPIs across productivity, preparation time, order accuracy, substitutions, cancellations, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
•Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support business growth, increase order capacity, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
•Partner with Commercial and Retail Partner teams to strengthen key accounts, support expansion, resolve escalations, and ensure readiness for new launches.
•Lead workforce planning, capacity planning, and resource optimization, and drive continuous improvement by redesigning processes and using data to improve quality and profitability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
•6+ years of experience in operations, retail, e-commerce, grocery, or marketplace, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
•Proven experience managing managers or multi-site operations.
•Strong analytical skills to translate data into business decisions.
•Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.
