  • •Direct manufacturing and material handling activities for the plant during the shift.
  • •Oversee training and supervision of hourly employees and candidates for hire, promotion, demotion, discipline, and termination.
  • •Manage work schedules to prevent idle time and ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • •Maintain accurate production order information in the MII production reporting system for decision-making.
  • •Ensure CGMP and SOP compliance by completing and maintaining operational documentation and labeling records.

Key Requirements
