Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, including kick-off, sourcing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • •Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and build strong hiring-manager relationships to ensure stakeholder alignment across the hiring lifecycle.
  • •Ensure recruiting operational integrity using Greenhouse for interview scheduling, candidate communications, feedback management, scorecards, and reporting.
  • •Champion DEI by using inclusive language in job descriptions, auditing sourcing practices for bias, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • •Identify hiring-process friction and implement automated workflows using AI to improve efficiency; provide leadership reporting on hiring metrics, headcount, and demographic data.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, or coordination, preferably in music/streaming/entertainment or tech companies.

  • •Familiarity with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) for interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback management, and reporting.
