Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control operational delivery for an assigned service contract, department/section, or geographical area.
  • •Motivate and lead subordinates for maximum productivity while maintaining high morale.
  • •Create and develop preventive maintenance schedules and oversee building and grounds maintenance.
  • •Supervise work quality and multi-disciplinary staff (cleaning, maintenance, grounds, security).
  • •Manage budgets, review service contracts, conduct facilities inspections, and implement safety and emergency preparedness procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management.
