Key Responsibilities

  • •Design or modify electrical/electronic assemblies, layouts/schematics, and detailed drawings/specifications for difficult scope.
  • •Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports.
  • •Perform engineering analysis and generate electrical product specifications and engineering documentation.
  • •Design and draft cable harness and control panels using CAD tools (Zuken E3S, AutoCAD/E-plan) and implement solutions to product issues.
  • •Work with global teams to design sub-systems/systems of process chambers and interface with internal/external customers on electrical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/B.E/B.Tech or MS/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience, with semiconductor experience being an added advantage.
  • •Sound electrical and electronics engineering fundamentals, including electrical panel design and cable/harness design using tools such as AutoCAD, E-plan, or Zuken E3S.
  • •Knowledge of switchgear and auxiliary components selection, load ampere calculations, and IEC & NEMA standards implementation.
  • •Experience with industrial automation concepts (Digital I/O, Analog I/O) and protocols such as DeviceNet, Ethernet, and EtherCAT.
