Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary Journeyman repairer for small arms, including disassembly, inspections, and part replacement per technical manuals and specifications.
  • •Perform acceptance inspections and specialized borescope/pullover inspections, documenting findings on DA Form 2408-4.
  • •Diagnose and isolate electronic malfunctions using TMDE and restore systems to operational status.
  • •Assist with preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS), fluid servicing, battery maintenance, staging, and operational support for GSE and related equipment.
  • •Maintain physical vault security, chain-of-custody documentation, strict inventory control, and detailed maintenance logs and work orders.

Key Requirements
