Job Summary

Support Project Phoenix end-to-end across Source to Pay (S2P), Make to Deliver (M2D), and Forecast to Plan (F2P) workstreams in Hyderabad. Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners to translate requirements into testable outputs, maintain requirements traceability, prepare CRP/SIT/UAT readiness, and coordinate data conversion and validation. Track issues, manage Jira traceability, and develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, and KPI updates to drive cutover preparation for Oracle transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate requirements, action items, dependencies, and follow-ups to support Project Phoenix execution across S2P, M2D, and F2P.
•Prepare CRP1/CRP2 scope, scenarios, test data inputs, and session materials for walkthroughs and design validation.
•Maintain Jira traceability by linking stories, tasks, RAID items, and test activities to the correct workstream and milestone.
•Support SIT and UAT preparation/execution by defining test scenarios, coordinating defect logging and remediation, tracking issues, and assembling sign-off evidence.
•Assist with data conversion/validation (field mapping, test load coordination, reconciliation follow-ups, and pre-cutover readiness) and develop KPI/status reporting for decision support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation, supply chain operations, ERP-enabled process improvement, or program support roles.
•Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and communicating information.
•Cross-functional experience working with procurement, planning, manufacturing, operations, engineering, finance, and other business stakeholders.
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with enterprise systems for planning, reporting, and execution tracking.
