  • •Conceive and frame change management initiatives to optimize adoption of new digital tools for end users.
  • •Advise on and implement communications, training, and identification of change agents within the organization.
  • •Design and implement digital transformation mechanisms to collect user needs and maximize tool value in collaboration with business units.
  • •Address digital transformation challenges such as process optimization, new collaborative practices, and knowledge management.
  • •Capture experiences and responsibilities in project scoping and operational missions.

Key Requirements

  • •Formation supérieure (Bac+5) en École de Commerce, École d’Ingénieur ou Université.
  • •3 à 4 ans d’expériences minimum dans le domaine du conseil, en conduite du changement ou en transformation digitale, dans le domaine de la Data.
  • •Capacité de prise de recul, de la conception, formalisation et présentation de méthodologies / offres / convictions.
  • •Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, d’une capacité d’écoute du besoin client, vous pouvez échanger avec des intervenants de différents niveaux.
  • •Curieux(se), autonome, vous prenez des initiatives et souhaitez participer à des projets divers.
