Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the CAMO post holder to define, develop, implement, maintain, and control engineering/maintenance policies, procedures, manuals, and best practices.
  • •Own continuing airworthiness activities for the assigned hub, including subcontracted and contracted AMOs, engines, APU, and components, ensuring compliance and ongoing airworthiness.
  • •Design, manage, develop, and optimize the Aircraft Maintenance Programme in line with operational needs and reliability requirements; coordinate with hub CAMO and related teams for compliance.
  • •Evaluate airworthiness directives/modifications/STCs/structure repairs applicable to the fleet, ensure compliance, and update the AMOS records with timely and accurate introductions.
  • •Support reliability and engine trend monitoring, coordinate maintenance planning and corrective actions, prepare aircraft C of A renewal documents, and maintain required maintenance data/records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or higher diploma/certificate in a related field) combined with relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of aircraft engineering and/or maintenance experience in the aviation industry, with exposure to On-the-Job Training (OJT) counted; Airbus A320 experience is highly desirable.
  • •Experience with aircraft airworthiness programs and regulations, including CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization).
  • •Strong experience with aircraft maintenance program systems, software, and techniques tied to the Continuing Airworthiness Programme.
  • •Training certificates or workshops on Human Factor and Safety, plus training in Aircraft General Familiarization; fluent English and excellent written/verbal communication are required.
