Product Owner – Client Skills Facilitator

Own the development and execution of global training programs for distribution intermediary and institutional business teams, including new-hire onboarding, consultative skills, investments and products, and sales process enablement. Gather training requirements, prioritize initiatives, and use stakeholder insights to improve training effectiveness through enhanced processes, reports, and tools. Partner with global sales management and cross-functional teams, oversee cross-team delivery, and support ongoing measurement, feedback, coaching, and innovation.
