Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations including OSHA and EPA.
  • •Support EHS trainings and site-wide communications to address trends, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance.
  • •Support Eaton’s management of change process for new processes, equipment, chemicals, facilities, and similar changes.
  • •Participate in corporate and regulatory EHS compliance audits; support incident reporting, investigations, internal audits, and risk assessments.
  • •Track safety, health, and environmental objectives; prepare internal/external reports; drive behavior-based safety and zero-incident culture, including ERT drills and MESH engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year of environmental, health, safety, or related military experience.
  • •Currently reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY (active-duty military exempt).
  • •Ability to work in an office, indoor, and outdoor industrial environment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
