Key Responsibilities

  • •Inventory Operations: develop the operating plan to deliver the right products to customers on time, improve cycle times, and execute start plans with manufacturing planning.
  • •Manufacturing Operations: ensure start plan execution at factories, analyze factory optimization, and monitor product support at key manufacturing sites.
  • •Customer Operations: identify weaknesses in customers' supply chains, implement optimal solutions by site/program/device, and use market knowledge to support forecasting and disruption anticipation.
  • •Logistics: improve inbound/outbound transportation flows, optimize finished goods networks between factories and distribution centers, and manage delivery to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in teams.
