Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver projects from start to finish, raising the level of ownership and accountability within the team.
  • •Collaborate directly with customers to understand their hardest scaling problems and translate them into scalable system designs.
  • •Analyze and optimize the end-to-end data sync pipeline to move terabytes of data per day, including real-time streaming where applicable.
  • •Contribute to multi-region and multi-cloud backend infrastructure, helping to extend deployment regions and meet data residency requirements.
  • •Help shape the surrounding platform by identifying bottlenecks, proposing design improvements, and driving reliability and performance improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems at scale
  • •Proficiency in performance optimization and troubleshooting of data-intensive services
  • •Ability to own projects from inception to delivery and work with customers to solve hard scaling problems
