Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end validation run execution, managing on-schedule starts/completions, risk-aware replans, and efficient IQP/ETV material usage.
  • •Own data crunching pipelines (automated log parsing, metrics aggregation, anomaly ranking) and deliver decision-ready summary reports and sightings by agreed cycle time.
  • •Ensure coverage completeness across MBIST and native flows, driving Hot/Cold corners, TSV screen/AQLK, async timing boundary coverage, and evidence-backed closure.
  • •Develop and debug test programs on SM3/Cobra and Advantest V93K, enforcing code quality, reviews, and release discipline while aligning hardware configurations to test intent and throughput targets.
  • •Architect and execute Verilog simulations, perform power/thermal characterization with IDD/thermal correlation, and build automation scripts/dashboards for anomaly detection, trend analysis, and coverage auditing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
  • •8+ years of DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering experience.
  • •At least 1 year of HBM Validation experience.
  • •Test platform code development in C/C++, Python, and APG (Algorithmic Pattern Generator).
  • •Strong Verilog simulation expertise and experience executing validation runs with high-speed I/O validation (including eye/IDD characterization).
