Visual Lead - Short Pump Town Center

Lead visual merchandising and key store operations to drive sales and maximize profitability. Partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to execute shipment/receiving processes, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates. Maintain strategic product presentation, plan visual changes with the team, and use reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels. As a People Leader, coach and develop associates while managing budgets and inventory control.
