Job Summary

Lead and develop a high-performing 8-10 advisor team within Watershed’s Sustainability Data Advisory group in Mexico City, guiding strategic initiatives and improving delivery quality. Drive day-to-day operations, partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Methodology, and champion the integration of AI into team workflows to scale impact for enterprise climate and ESG clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale a high-performing team of 8-10 advisors within a 30-person global team.
•Ensure the team delivers high-quality services to Watershed’s customers, bringing rigor and expertise to every interaction.
•Drive day-to-day team operations, helping the team prioritize work, manage escalations, and remove blockers.
•Drive operational excellence by shaping systems and leading initiatives to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
•Shape Sustainability Data Advisory strategy and partner with other managers to guide the team’s strategic direction.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of demonstrated success managing customer-facing teams of 6+ people, typically in a consulting environment or within B2B SaaS.
•You are a skilled manager who is motivated by coaching, hiring, and developing high-performing teams.
•You are customer-obsessed and set a high bar for quality customer delivery.
•You are a strong operator who uses data to make decisions and builds repeatable systems in high-growth environments.
•Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency and amplify customer impact.
